Two days in a row, my Speed Dial has been either unresponsive or weird

Both times it’s been in the early morning. Could it be server outages ?

Also, are the various weird behaviours (eg, button makes pointer move, but it then immediately moves back) actually error messages ? Are they documented somewhere ?
